We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition and accompanied by a receipt. Accessories are final sale. Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of receiving an item or confirmed delivery. Each customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. StyledByKPT reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, final sale or returned after the 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

For all orders with unmatched billing and shipping address, we require further verification before processing your order. Otherwise, we will only be able to ship with photo identification signature confirmation.

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST, the order will be processed that day and shipped within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.

In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. Please note in the comments section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.
